个人简介:庞志强博士,中国科学院特别研究助理(项目资助)、中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园博士后研究人员,研究兴趣是植物-功能微生物组及其稳态维持机制,关注逆境胁迫下的植物微生物组功能与适应性特征。目前以第一作者在The ISME Journal、Microbiome等期刊上发表学术论文10篇,其中SCI收录6篇(ESI 1%高被引论文1篇),累计被引700余次,发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科学院特别研究研究助理项目和国家资助博士后研究人员等项目。获得了中国科学院院长奖、中国科学院朱李月华优秀博士生奖、热心肠×iMeta奖学金等科研奖励。担任学术期刊Genomics Communications(gComm)副主编、Plant and Soil编辑、iMeta和Tropical Plants期刊青年编委。研究方向:植物-功能微生物组互作、根际微生物稳态维持

难培养微生物的纯培养实践

个人简介:杨子文博士,2022年博士毕业于中山大学,2024年就职于华南师范大学,从事蟑螂、白蚁等蜚蠊目昆虫肠道微生物研究。主要研究成果以第一作者在Microbiome、iMeta等期发表SCI论文15篇,并主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等项目。当前主要研究方向是昆虫肠道微生物的培养及与宿主的互作机制。
土壤微生物组
造成微生物难培养的原因有很多,包括实验室无法模拟微生物生长的原生生态环境、休眠体的存在与复苏、微生物的低丰度与慢生长、群落成员间的相互作用以及营养环境的剧烈变化等。本研究基于慢生长细菌受快生长细菌影响导致难以培养这一问题,设计了一个基于极限稀释的方法对来自于不同生境的样品进行微生物纯培养。相比于传统分离方法,新方法能够获得更高的微生物多样性以及更高的微生物新颖性,并成功在动物口腔以及河口沉积物样品中分别分离得到了两个分别来自于放线菌门以及变形菌门的微生物新目级别的新类群。
