昆明植物所植物学专业在读博士研究生,导师为马永鹏研究员,研究方向为植物基因组演化,通过比较基因组学和群体基因组学等手段解析植物基因组演化模式。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Communications (2025, 2023, 2019)、Advanced Science (2024)、Nucleic Acids Research (2025)、New Phytologist (2022, 2021)、Horticulture Research (2025, 2022, 2021)、Briefings in Bioinformatics (2024) 等国际主流学术期刊发表论文20余篇。开发并发表了SubPhaser (New Phytologist, 2022)、TEsorter (Horticulture Research, 2022)、SOI (Nucleic Acids Research, 2025)、Phytop (Horticulture Research, 2025) 等多款生物信息学软件和流程方法(见https://github.com/zhangrengang/)。
